Terms of Service - Tritonias

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tritonias ("the Game"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Game.

2. Game License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Game, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Providing accurate and complete information

4. Acceptable Use

5. Virtual Items, Payments, and Refund Policy

The Game may include virtual items, virtual currencies (such as "Coins"), or other digital services. By purchasing or using these virtual items, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

No Cash Value: Virtual items and coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real-world currency, and do not constitute personal property. You are granted only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these items within the Game.
All Purchases are Final: ALL PAYMENTS AND PURCHASES OF VIRTUAL COINS OR ITEMS ARE FINAL, ENTIRELY NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Bought coins will not and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged back for cash or any other real-world currency.
Loss of Virtual Items: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, modify, suspend, or delete virtual items, coins, or account progression at any time, with or without notice, and we shall have zero liability to you or any third party for exercising these rights. In the event of account suspension, termination, or game closure, all virtual items and coins are permanently forfeited and will not be reimbursed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Game, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by Tritonias and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the Game (such as chat messages, forum posts, or other communications), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason, including game discontinuation.

9. Disclaimers (Zero Warranty)

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES, BUGS, SERVER LOSS, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU PLAY THE GAME ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability (Zero Liability)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATORS, OWNER(S), DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES OF TRITONIAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, VIRTUAL COINS, USER ACCOUNT DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE GAME, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE GAME IS TO STOP PLAYING.
